Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied, please send an email with your request to info@skinbyanthos.com before 45 days of your purchase date. We will then provide you with an email authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of receiving an email from our customer service, otherwise refund will be forfeited. Returns without an email authorization will incur a fee of 15% of the order total.

Simply return the unused portion and we will gladly refund your original payment method for the full amount, less shipping.

If subsequent orders of the same product(s) are made after the original purchase of the product(s), they are not eligible for a refund. Orders with four (4) or more of the same product are not eligible for a refund.

If you’re returning multiples of the same item, only one can be opened for a full refund. The other’s must be completely sealed in the original packaging, otherwise they are not eligible for a refund.

If there are more than 3 or more orders placed within a thirty (30) day window, any order within that timeframe is not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive returns and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

If you are notified that your package is delivered, but you have not received it, you must notify us within 7 days. After 7 days, you will be responsible for dealing with the shipping carrier, as we do not assume liability for missing or lost packages.

We recommend returning your item with a reliable carrier that includes tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

If your purchase was made on a card that is no longer active, we will only be able to issue store credit.

Get Your Prescription Strength Formula

Once you make your purchase, your order will be completed in 3 easy steps.

1. You will be contacted by our team within one business day and be directed to complete a questionnaire through our secure patient portal.
2. One of our board-certified dermatology providers will respond to you and request some photos to be uploaded to the secure site.
3. Once approved, your personalized prescription formula will be delivered to your doorstep!

The fine print: if you do not complete the requested questionnaire or photo upload within 30 days, or if your medical provider determines that you are not an appropriate candidate for a prescription strength formula, your order will be canceled and payment will be credited back to your account.

If this is a refill of a prescription product, you will not need to complete the patient forms again. We will confirm that you are an existing patient and your product will be shipped directly.
